doTERRA Trim Shakes testimonial & recipes

My brother-in-law has been working really hard for the last couple of years to get in shape and lose weight. He has competed in several half triathlons doing the biking, swimming, and running. With all of his working out he was unable to lose any weight. My loving sister told him that if he was going to do this she wanted to have him get a complete physical with a "bill of good health" behind him. After doing some blood work they found out that he had very high cortisol levels. Cortisol is a stress hormone that can become elevated when exposed to constant or chronic stress that causes the accumulation of fat around the stomach, hips, and thighs.

We saw them the following week and introduced them to doTERRA and the trim skakes-complete with the oshwaganda root that specifically targets high cortisol levels! What a wonderful miracle for them. To make a long story short. He started drinking the shakes daily with the Slim N Sassy. I just talked to my sister the other day and in the last month he has lost 12 lbs!! Not just water, but fat pounds!! Hooray. She said that when she hugs him she can tell that part of him is missing :) Hooray for the doTERRA Trim Shakes!!

Tropical Breeze TrimShake

• 1 to 2 scoops of Vanilla Slim & Sassy® TrimShake
• 1 to 2 cups of nonfat or other milk
• 2 strawberries, 2 chunks of fresh pineapple, 1 peach
• 2 drops of Wild Orange essential oil
• 4 to 6 ice cubes
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into tall glass and enjoy!


Orange Creamsicle TrimShake
Simply add a few drops of Wild Orange Essential Oil to your Vanilla TrimShake™.


Lemon Custard Trim Shake
Simply add a few drops Lemon Essential Oil to your Vanilla TrimShake


Berry Spinach Shake
8 oz. Almond Milk
2 scoops doTERRA Vanilla Trim Shake
8 oz Ice
½-1 c. Strawberries/ raspberries/ blueberries
Handful of Spinach (washed)
Pour all ingredients in blender and serve. (2 servings)


Chocolate Banana TrimShake
• 1 to 2 scoops of chocolate Slim & Sassy® TrimShake
• 1 to 2 cups of nonfat or other milk
• 4 to 6 ice cubes
• 1 banana
Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into tall glassand enjoy!


Chocolate Peppermint Shake
8 oz Almond Milk
1-2 drops of peppermint oil
8 oz ice
Pour all ingredients in blender and serve (2 servings)

Chocolate Mango Trim Shake
8 oz. Almond Milk
2 scoops doTERRA Chocolate Trim Shake
8 oz Ice
1 Mango peeled and sliced
Pour all ingredients in blender and serve. (2 servings)

Energy Protein Bar with doTerra Trim Shake
2 Cups Organic Peanut Butter
2 1/2 Cups doTerra Chocolate Trim Shake
1 3/4 Cup Agave
3 1/2 to 4 Cups Rolled Oats
Mix peanut butter and agave. Heat in microwave 60 to 90 seconds. Add Trim Shake powder and oats. Mix. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut and serve like a no bake cookie.
