We use this to keep away the gnats. They don't like vanilla,
and I like citrus, so win win. My husband even came in from working in the
garden asking me to put some on him. Now that is a testament to how effective
this is!
Most citrus oils contraindicate photo sensitivity - be
careful with citrus in the sun!
I LOVE Citrus Bliss for nervousness and stress! A drop in rubbed
between my hands and inhaled or a drop rubbed on my neck, does wonders for
relieving the stress!
Went recently on along car ride, took my whisper diffuser
along. I got a plug converter, put the diffuser in a box to keep stable,
plugged it and diffused all the way.
This is my very most favorite oil. I apply it to pulse
points and the back of my neck before a run to perk me up and make me happy
(because sometimes the thought of running makes me grumpy )
I've been using it for the baby blues that come with having
a newborn baby. It's just so uplifting!
I put a few drops on my Rainbow Vacuum cleaner to smell up
the house while I vacuum
I use it in my mop water and my house smells so good and
feels so clean when I am done.
I just put a full bottle of Citrus Bliss into my 2 gallons
of paint that I'm using to paint my "doTERRA" room in my house. It's
an amazing purple! I'm painting doTERRA right onto my walls! I also love to mix
up carpet powders using baking soda and 10-20 drops essential oil.
I mix citrus bliss, on guard and lemon in a spray bottle
with water to clean the kitchen counters. Such a beautiful smell! It makes
cleaning enjoyable!
I spray on my mattress and bed mixed with water in a spray
bottle. I read somewhere it helps with dust mites
I made some deodorant with it and I have to say- I find
myself sniffing my pits all day! Citrus bliss is one of my favorites.
I use citrus bliss for my cranky teenager boys. They allow
me to apply that one before school because they smell good and it replaces
their cologne. It helps them be happy too, so added bonus!
