Tiffany's Tuesday Tip-3 "Recycling" Ideas for the Holidays

Tiffany's Tuesday Tip-3 "Recycling" Ideas for the Holidays
Today I share 3 quick and easy recycling ideas for this upcoming Holiday season.
TIP #1 1. Did you know that you can recycle your doTERRA boxes? Yes! Take them apart, reverse them, and you have a fresh, clean box ready to reuse for mailing and gift giving! Yeah!!

Tip #2 Recyle Used Essential Oil bottles with new oil recipes. Here is one of my new favorites. I worked nicely that I only had about 10 drops in my wild orange bottle to put this blend together. I am sipping on it now and it is wonderful!

Tip #3 Christmas Lights of course! Buy a strand of Christmas lights. Get your used essential oil bottle out. Take out the orifice in the bottle and cut a small slit from the top to bottom. Put the light through the slit and put into the bottle. Repeat. :)

Here is my 5 minute video sharing these 3 great "recycling" tips. Enjoy!

Our Essential Oil Go-To for Sick Kids

Tiffany's Tuesday Tip Norah is home sick today. Here is what we did.
This morning our 6 year old daughter woke up not feeling very good. She complained about having a sore throat and cough. We decided to take the day to stop this thing in its tracks. It became a day of essential oils.
Essential Oil Game On!
1. Diffuser. Because of cough/congestion I diffused a combination of Breathe (Respiratory Blend) and an unsung essential oil hero: arborvitae. Breathe: doTERRA Breathe is a remarkable blend of essential oils including Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Ravensara, and Cardamom. doTERRA Breathe maintains feelings of clear airways and easy breathing while minimizing the effects of seasonal threats. doTERRA Breathe can be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet, or diffused at nighttime to calm the senses and promote a restful sleep.

Tiffany's Tuesday Tip-For Your Voting Day...

Tiffany's Tuesday Tip-For Your Voting Day
Well, today is voting day in the USA. A historical election it is. I have sensed and felt so much tension and animosity within our nation and between my friends and neighbors. What I know is that even amidst turmoil and confusion, I can choose to be a good citizen for myself, my family, and my community. As I find opportunities to help and support those around me and to see the good, the world turns into a beautiful place. I am grateful to live in the USA and I am grateful for the freedom and opportunities that we enjoy! Within 5 years, I was able to move my family from poverty to prosperity. Opportunity is everywhere!

For the last week I have been really diving into how the essential oils can help us with our mood and emotions. How amazing would it be if we could shift and change our moods and how we are feeling by simply smelling an essential oil! Guess what? It's possible!

When we breath in aroma it goes through the olfactory part of …

Tiffany's Tuesday Tip-Help for the Halloween Hangover

Tiffany's Tuesday Tip-Help for the Halloween Hangover
For many of us, last night we enjoyed the tradition of dressing our kid, and maybe ourselves, into costumes and walked around our neighborhoods going house to house saying, "Trick or Treat" to then receive candy. We came home with a couple buckets of candy. Yeah, but not yeah!!

What I have learned about sugar is that it suppresses the immune systems in our bodies and that viruses love sugar. That is a bad combo, especially when we know and understand that 80% of our immune system is in the gut, our digestive system. As we and our kids are consuming this sugar, we are making it difficult for our bodies to fight all the yucky bugs that we are coming in contact with in our environment. This sets up many people for illness. How can we support our bodies in a healthy way to combat the yucky bugs and stay well?

Here are some of my favorites products that we are using:

We use On Guard products daily to support our immune system…
